What happens when a prank goes wrong. What is the real relationship between Lars & Sadie? The idea’s of relationships are discussed and trust with relationships. As always discussing family bonds with gems and Steven, but also outside relationships between Steven & Sadie and Lars. If you could clone yourself would, would you? Steven does and we get to see that Steven sees how he can be a handful. Even though they were all clones, of Steven they all attempted to exude their own form of individuality. Coach Steven’s Room

Rose’s room is where we start to see that Steven is still struggling to figure out his own identity. Steven is given room in the temple based on “his”/Rose’s gem. The room in the temple is a metaphor for not knowing where he belongs in either human or gem culture and since Steven is half human half gem the room reacts the same. This is the first episode we really see the severe jealousy of Pearl to Amethyst & Garnet’s fusion Sugilite. The fusion dance is very sexual in nature.
